What is Business Coaching?
My philosophy is sharing best practices in hiring, sales, management, onboarding, teambuilding, and business strategy for prospecting and networking. It can be so hard to think outside of the box when you are in the box yourself. The box of others’ expectations, the box of “salesperson” or “manager”, and the box of our own limiting beliefs of ourselves. It can be hard to see your own blindspots. Having a coach to help you develop, stretch, and grow for your business has the same power as a sports coach – we have the experience, the background, the connections, and the big picture view that can help you take the next steps in your career or business. You don’t know what you don’t know. That’s what we are here for.
How Do I Know if Business Coaching Is Right for Me?
If you’re asking, you probably need it, to be honest! No one is perfect, and everyone has one or two areas to improve, and so does every business.
Do You Offer Ongoing Consulting Services?
Ongoing coaching is exactly what I do. For executives, salespeople, entrepreners, teams, as well as the systems they use, hiring processes, and culture.
Do You Only Work With Established Companies?
Nope. We work with anyone who wants to improve. Whether it’s 1 or 1,000. There’s always room for improvement!
